Monday to Friday, we process orders. Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after being placed. Please keep in mind that we will be closed for the weekend, which may cause a delay. When a product is in great demand, processing time may exceed five working days.
Your purchase may be delayed if we cannot process it due to erroneous or insufficient payment or incorrect address information.

Depending on the weight and size of the goods, packages will be dispatched by USPS.
Please remember that we cannot transport our merchandise to military zones or war-torn nations or regions.

For purchases under $50 in the continental United States, the shipping cost is $3.99; orders above $50 get free shipping.

Change information:
When your purchase is shipped, you will get an email with tracking information for your shipment. Please contact us if you have not received tracking info within five days.
It might take 1-2 business days for certain shipping firms to update their tracking information on the system. If your tracking information has not been updated within 2 days of placing your purchase, please contact us at our customer service email for prompt help.

Please double-check all delivery information; if there is inaccurate or missing information, we may need to contact you to adjust the delivery information, which may create delays in delivering your item.

You have 24 hours to change your delivery address. If you need the address updated, please contact us at

The buyer must enter the correct shipping address (especially the exact number of the apartment in a building). We will not ship your items to multiple addresses.

If you discover an error with your shipping address within 24 hours of making your purchase, please contact us at so that we can help you in changing it to the correct format. Otherwise, we will email you the carrier's phone number so that you may call them and update your address.

We employ one-way shipping to decrease shipping costs as much as possible. Thus, if the shipment is returned to the sender, even though the tracking update says "delivered to the original sender," it does not imply the box was returned to our warehouse address, our shipping agency storage. As a result, please be aware that we will be unable to refund your purchase if:
- Despite many efforts by the shipper, the item was not delivered.
- You refuse to accept the shipment.
- The product was not delivered due to an issue with the shipping address you gave.
- You claim not to have got the item, but the tracking update indicates it was successfully delivered or has the "delivered" status.

For lost or missing shipments that we have promised to replace, we will only give you the shipping carrier information and tracking number linked with your purchase so that you may monitor your item.
